INTRODUCTION

Opera is a really a Must to have browser for is really interresting features. Now ist's Freeware. As I install often my system, I need to edit each time the opera.ini file to change some settings not available in Opera's preferences dialog. It's mainlly path to my saved Bookmarks.So I wrote this proggy to ease the way!

HOW TO ?

Just unzip the ZIP, and execute the proggy. I guess using it with Opera running may prove buggy, so my advice is to shut opera before running OperaTweak.

Then, if OperaTweak has not found Opera.ini, or if you decide it found the wrong one, click [Search . . .] to designate the right Opera.ini. When an Opera.ini is found (and available for Reading/Writing), the features are enabled. You can modify what you like and it becomes red, meaning it have not yet been saved in Opera.ini file. Click [Apply] to modify the file, [Cancel] to discard the changes, & [OK] to modify Opera.ini and quit OperaTweak. .

Opera est vraiement un super navigateur, avec plein de fonctions originales, et il est gratuit maintenant!. Comme j'ai l'habitude de souvent réinstaller mon système, il me faut à chaque fois éditer Opera.ini, pour récupérer l'emplacement de mes Bookmarks,qui sont à l'abris avec mes documents, sur une autre partition. J'ai donc écris ce programme pour automatiser tout celà!

COMMENT ?

Décompressez simplement le fichier zip fourni. Je devine qu'il peut y avoir des problèmes à utiliser ce programme en même temps qu'Opera; et je vous conseille dont d'arreter ce dernier avant d'utiliser OperaTweak.

Lancez OperaTweak, il va essayer de détecter votre fichier Opera.ini, ou Opera6.ini. S'il n'y parvient pas, ou qu'il ne trouve pas le bon, cliquez sur [Search . . .] pour désigner le bon fichier. Quand il est trouvé, les divers bouttons seront activés. Vous pouvez modifier selon votre bon vouloir, mais les changements ne seront effectifs que lorsque vous les aurrez validés!
